簡介

東方風笛隊創立自2005年，是香港其中一隊演奏傳統蘇格蘭音樂的風笛樂隊，我們致力推廣蘇格蘭風笛音樂，樂於為不同的公司及團體現場演奏，藉此讓大眾對風笛有更多的認識。

我們是一隊業餘的樂隊，由不同背景的成員組成，當中除了由豐富演奏經驗來自不同制服團體的成員組成外，亦有初次接觸對風笛音樂有興趣的初學人士。

近年，我們有幸於海外舉辦的風笛隊比賽中獲得佳績，並曾獲不同的傳媒機構(包括電視、報章及雜誌等)邀請宣傳蘇格蘭風笛音樂。

我們展望繼續為不同的人士或公司團體演奏音樂，並歡迎對風笛有興趣的人士參與我們的練習，籍以推動蘇格蘭風笛音樂在本地發展。

Introduction

Oriental Pipes and Drums (OPD) founded on 2005, which is one of the pipe bands in Hong Kong. Our mission is promoting and sharing our beloved Scottish music. We pleasure to play music for any company or organization

We grouped from variety uniform groups in Hong Kong, most of us have more than ten years experience on bagpipe and pipe drumming.

Recent years, we are glad that had won some pipe band competition overseas, performed in TV programs and interviewed by media regarding to Scottish bagpipe music.

In the future, we will keep up ourselves to provide professional service. We are welcome any pipers or drummers to join our band for promotion of bagpipe music.
