組織
本風笛隊由委員會、隊員及學員組成，按職能劃分如下：

委員會
委員會為行政管理的機關，需不時召開委員會會議，商討及決議委員會的事宜。
職責包括：

• 決議承接表演項目
• 開辦工作坊、分享會及訓練課程
• 音樂推廣活動
• 人事安排
• 財政事務

隊員
隊員是樂隊的骨幹，除出席樂隊練習外，亦協助風笛隊的表演及推廣。我們歡迎所有志同道合對風笛音樂有興趣的風笛手或鼓手參與，彼此交流分享。

學員
隊員是樂隊新力軍，為了推廣風笛音樂及裝備成為風笛隊的隊員，學員會接受數月訓練，掌握基本吹奏技巧、樂理、樂器構造等知識。

會員大會
樂隊每年舉行全體會員大會，會員大會是一個咨詢及監察平台，目的是收集及平衡全體成員的意見、會報隊務發展，集體投票表決會章修訂議案、通過隊務報告、財政預算案、財政報告及其他重大事項。

Organization
The structure of OPD comprised by committee, member and trainee:

Committee
Committee is an administrative and management organ. They obligate to discuss and decide band’s affair in the regular meeting, and institute Band
Duty includes:

• Performance
• Workshop, sharing session and training course
• Promotion
• Personnel
• Finance

Member
Members are the skeleton of band. Members are responsible to attend the regular practice, promotion and performance. We welcome all people who love bagpipe music to be a member of our band.

Trainee
Trainees are our key to brighter development. Trainees are required to experience an intensive training within several months. After the course, they will have learned basic techniques, music theory and structure of instrument.

Band meeting
Band meeting will be held annually for all members of the band. Band meeting is a platform of interpellation and supervisory. It aims to collect and balance various opinions, report development of band, approve revised Constitution, deliberations of bands report, financial budget/report and other major issue.
